Personally I really feel the blue pops more, but is definitely less elegant, also the type of blue makes it a bit ‘breitling’, platinum is unmistakably rolex

He's not correct. A YM has not been listed in the classified here for $5k USD in a year or more.

True for the 16622. The latest 116622 is at 10K USD BNIB, 8K used good condition.

I recently trade my sub 14060 for a YM. I had the sub for few years and was getting tired of the look and also how common it was. But sure was a nice watch, in the future will probably get a ceramic version but for now I am really enjoying the new to me YM.

They're going for decent prices right now.. I'm sure a few years down the line, their prices will skyrocket.. I'd invest in one if I had the cash!
