No problem JJ. Its like hitting the broad side of a barn We have to wait for it to warm up into the 30's so I can pach the snow to make a good snowball. When it's cold the snow is fluffy and not able to pack into a snowball.

Thanks Gunter. We're thinking of 9:00pm EST on Sun Jan 1. We are GMT -5. Frans thinks this is good for him and Adrian is on call. Hopefully James and Mark can make it also. Keep checking back for the scheduled time.

I don't think I can make it at that time. We are going out that night but I'll have a drink with everyone in mind.

Hmm - 9PM EST should be 1 PM Melbourne time. Count me in!

Hell, while we're at it, we could make it a Skype conference call!

Now that's an interesting idea. Now everyone has to spend the next week getting Skype installed and informing everyone else of their Skype handle. Shouldn't be too dificult.

Ah, piece of cake, Ed! Hell, it took me about 5 minutes to install Skype 2.0 on my new laptop. Of course, I just used my existing Skype ID - it'll take a new user two hours to get a name that isn't already in use.

I've just recalculated and discovered I'd made an error in my previous assumption. It will be 5am on the 2nd here but as I get up at 4:40 am I should be OK. I'll have to toast you with apple juice because I go off to work at 5:45.
